Aleta Knowles was a former member of the Uniseed investment committee during her time at University of New South Wales.
Aleta Knowles, former head of clinical research at vet care company Virbac, has joined Uniseed as an investment manager for biotech in Sydney.
Knowles worked at Virbac for more than eight years where she led a team focused on the development of innovative products for animal health.
Before that, she was a business development and technology transfer manager at UNSW Innovations, the commercialisation arm of the University of New South Wales, also known as UNSW Sydney.
Uniseed invests on behalf of Australia’s largest partner universities including the universities of Melbourne and Queensland, UNSW Sydney, Monash and Macquarie University.
