The Ctrip and Homeaway-backed online room booking service plans to more than double its total funding with a series D round that could raise more than $200m.
Tujia, a China-based holiday rental room service backed by travel service Homeaway and travel agency Ctrip, has begun talks over a series D round that could raise at least $200m, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.
Tujia has neither confirmed nor denied the round, which would more than double the company’s overall funding. It has raised $164m since it was founded.
