Every day, Global University Venturing rounds up the smaller investments from across the university innovation ecosystem in its deal net.

Big data analysis provider Palantir has followed a $50m investment by Fujitsu with $500m from its partner in a Japanese joint venture.

Slack’s corporate venture capital arm has reinvested in the data integration tool provider’s series B round, bringing its overall funding to $43m.

The content management system developer took its total funding to $158m in a series E round that included existing investor Salesforce Ventures.
