DocuSign, which had raised $115m for its series E as of last month, secured Samsung as a backer alongside BBVA and the Singaporean government.
Samsung Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of electronics conglomerate Samsung, has joined the investors in US-based e-signature platform developer DocuSign’s series E round, which stood at $115m as of October.
BBVA Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of bank BBVA, and the investment arm of the Singapore Economic Development Board have also joined the round. DocuSign has not revealed the total raised from the new funding.
