Bell Education Group operates an online-to-offline business that lets students play educational games after class, while parents can track their children's progress online.

Qualcomm Ventures, the corporate venturing subsidiary of semiconductor technology producer Qualcomm, has led a RMB80m ($12m) series A round for China-based education provider Bell Education Group, according to China Money Network.

Dark Horse Ventures, the incubator from which Bell Education emerged in 2009, also took part in the round, as did angel investor Yang Xiangyang.
