Robert Plehn has left financial services firm Lloyds to head up General Electric subsidiary GE Capital's capital markets team.
Robert Plehn, formerly the head of the assets backed solutions team at Lloyds Banking Group, has been hired by GE Capital International, the financial services unit of General Electric, as its capital markets leader.
Plehn will take up the new role from 1 July 2014, and will be responsible for capital market activities in GE’s European and Asia Pacific businesses. He will report to the president and chief executive for GE Capital International, Richard Laxer.
