Pierre Lamond has taken up an advisory position at venture firm Formation 8 after leaving Khosla Ventures three months ago following the closing of its lastest fund, TechCrunch has reported.
Founded in 2011 by Gideon Yu, formerly Facebook’s chief financial officer, Formation 8 closed its first fund at $448m last year, with backing from Asian conglomerates.
