Nexopia.com received a multi-million dollar investment from Burda Digital Ventures, the former corporate venturing unit of Hubert Burda Media, a Germany-based media company, in 2008.
Canada-based social network Nexopia, backed by the former corporate venturing unit of Hubert Burda Media, has sold to Ideon Media, a Canada-based advertising company, for an undisclosed sum.
Nexopia has more than 1.2 million registered members.
Nexopia.com received a multi-million dollar investment from Burda Digital Ventures, the venture capital unit of Hubert Burda Media, a Germany-based media company, in 2008. Burda Digital was renamed Acton Capital Partners when it spun off from Hubert Burda Media.
