Metanautix, backed by Workday, has been acquired by Microsoft for an undisclosed amount.

US-based data analytics provider Metanautix has been acquired by software developer Microsoft, providing an exit to human resources software producer Workday, Venturebeat has reported.

Terms of the acquisition have not been revealed.

Founded in 2012, Metanautix has developed analytics technology that enables big companies to easily access all of their data across third-party platforms, such as customer relationship management tool Salesforce, and departments.
