Steamboat Ventures, a venture capital branch of entertainment and media conglomerate Walt Disney, made its second investment in the parenting e-commerce platform.

China-based parenting e-commerce company Mama+ has received an undisclosed amount in a series C round featuring Steamboat Ventures, a corporate venturing vehicle for The Walt Disney Company, China Money Network has reported.

Eight Roads Ventures, a venture capital subsidiary of financial services group Fidelity Research and Management, led the eight-figure dollar round, which included GSR Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners and undisclosed Chinese institutional investors.
