GCV Emerging Leader Rashmi Gopinath has departed from Microsoft's corporate venturing unit after four years to join BCG-backed venture firm B Capital.
Rashmi Gopinath has left her managing director role at M12, software producer Microsoft’s corporate venturing arm, and joined venture capital firm B Capital Group as a general partner.
Gopinath began her corporate venturing career at Intel Capital, chipmaker Intel’s investment vehicle. She spent two years there from 2011 focusing on cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise software deals.
