Media group Schibsted has exited the aftersales experience platform, which has been purchased by financial technology developer Klarna.
Digital payment software producer Klarna has acquired the intellectual property and team of Woilà, a Sweden-based aftersales service provider backed by media company Schibsted, for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2017, Woilà has built an algorithm-powered analytics app that provides consumer support in the post-transaction phase, including refunds if a product’s price is reduced after purchase, or for public transport that arrives late.
