Media group Vivendi Universal (VU) Games has sold its Vivendi Universal Games educational software business, including its titles JumpStart, Mathblaster and others, to Knowledge Holdings, a company formed by venture capital (VC) firms and reportedly including publisher Random House’s corporate venturing unit.
