Creighton Hicks, formerly a partner at the computing technology producer’s investment arm, has joined venture firm LiveOak Venture Partners as a principal.
Creighton Hicks has left his partner role at Dell Technologies Capital, the corporate venturing subsidiary of US-based computing equipment provider Dell, to join venture capital firm LiveOak Venture Partners.
Hicks came to Dell Technologies Capital from venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 2017 and concentrated on cloud computing, DevOps and cybersecurity technology deals. His investments included CloudKnox, Datometry and FullStory, taking a board seat at each company.
