Vorwerk Ventures participates in a $10m round of funding for UK-based recipe subscription service HelloFresh.
German-based Vorwerk Ventures, an investment entity within the Vorwerk Group, has invested in a $10m round of funding for HelloFresh, an e-commerce provider of recipes and matching ingredients in Europe, according to techcrunch.com. Vorwerk were joined by return backers Rocket Internet, venture capital firm Holtzbrinck Ventures and investment company Kinnevik AB.
The new funds will be used to expand its core business in the online grocery market where it currently operates in Australia, Germany, US, Netherlands, France and the UK.
