Canada-based GuestDriven, a hospitality software solution provider, has closed $3m in series A funding from investors including Plaza Ventures, the investment unit of real estate developer Plazacorp.
GuestDriven, formerly known as MConcierge Systems, captures data about customers and guests and uses this information to enable personalised experiences. The data is also used to provide an overview of guest behaviour trends and industry performance.
Investors in this round include Plaza Ventures and Structure Capital. Real Ventures also reinvested into the company. GuestDrive received $3m in a seed round in April 2011.
