Great Hill Partners has purchased the data management platform operator, handing exits to KT, Red Hat, IBM, NTT and Sony.

Private equity firm Great Hill Partners has acquired EnterpriseDB, a US-based enterprise software developer backed by corporates KT, Red Hat, IBM, NTT and Sony, for an undisclosed amount.

EnterpriseDB has developed an open source-based data management platform that helps more than 4,000 customers handle transaction processing, data warehousing, customer analytics and web-based applications.
