Intel Capital has exited the cloud network orchestration and automation software provider, which has been bought by DZS.
Broadband access infrastructure provider DZS has acquired US-based cloud network orchestration and automation software provider Rift for an undisclosed amount, enabling semiconductor producer Intel to exit.
Rift’s software enables companies to develop and deploy network applications and virtual network functions on cloud-based infrastructure. DZS purchased the company to bolster its recently launched portfolio of cloud-based software products.
