Nio Capital and CAS Investment Management co-led the additive manufacturing services provider's series A round.

China-based additive manufacturing services provider WeNext Technology has collected over RMB100m ($15.5m) in a series A round co-led by Nio Capital, the investment arm of electric carmaker Nio, DealStreetAsia has reported.

The round was co-led with CAS Investment Management, an investment subsidiary of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

WeNext provides manufacturing services including 3D printing, computer numerical control machining, injection moulding and vacuum casting to a global network of enterprise customers.
