Alibaba reinvested in the enterprise management software producer's latest round through cloud computing subsidiary Alibaba Cloud.

China-based business management software provider Terminus has received $93m in a series B round featuring e-commerce group Alibaba on Monday, DealStreetAsia reported on Monday.

Private equity firm Warburg Pincus led the round, which included venture capital firm Sequoia Capital China, while Alibaba invested through its cloud computing subsidiary, Alibaba Cloud.

Founded in 2012, Terminus provides enterprises with software for resource and data management. It  will use the capital to grow its team and develop its product offerings.
