The search engine advertising company has secured $61m in funding, and has signed an agreement with Microsoft to develop search engine-related advertising technology.

Secondaries venture capital firm W Capital Partners led the round, which included Time Warner Investments and SAP Ventures, and took Tremor's total to $115m.

The latest round takes ClearEdge's total venture funds raised since 2006 to as much as an estimated $206.8m.

The latest reported funding would take Nextio to $61.5m raised in its eight year history.

Citrix has backed the IT consulting company with another investment as it approaches a float. The company also owes US computer company Dell roughly $38.5m in borrowings.

The eye disease treatment company, backed by the biotech corporate venturing division of AstraZeneca, takes total funds raised to an estimated $169.6m.

Alongside Red Hat and SAP Ventures in Jaspersoft's $11m series F round were trade peer Quest Software and venture capital firms.

Amazon's investment alongside others reportedly takes the total raised by its portfolio company ParAccel to $73m since 2005.

France-based Alchimer provides nanometric deposition technology for semiconductor interconnects and has raised money from Panasonic.
