Topical advertising technology developer Taykey has raised $15m from investors including SoftBank Capital, which invested in the company for a third time.

Syngenta and Sumitomo-backed Agricultural biotechnology company Agrivida has secured $12m in its latest funding round.

The Alibaba-backed group buying company raised the cash at a $7bn valuation, and is planning to go public sometime after 2016.

The app ranking and analysis company raised $55m in an IDG-backed series D round that was secured in conjunction with the launch of a new data feature.

New investors including Hearst Health Ventures and Catholic Health Initiatives have joined the company's series D round, taking its overall funding to almost $83m.

GE Ventures has led a series D round for the robotics producer, increasing its total funding to $99.5m.
