Alongside Kaiser Permanente in the C round are venture capital firms Aisling Capital, which led the round, Care Capital, Investor Growth Capital, ProQuest Investments and Novitas Capital.

Presidio Ventures, a Sumitomo Corporation Company, joins venture firms InterWest Partners, Nexus Venture Partners, Trinity Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures, backing the US-based cloud computing company.

Intel Capital is joined in the round by venture firms Passport Ventures, FTV Capital and Steven Boal, co-founder of CashStar.

The digital postal mail services company takes its total raised to $28m in its third round of funding.

Venture firms Avalon Ventures, General Catalyst Partners and Lowercase Capital join the US-based software company investing in the cloud data back up company.

On-Ramp said last month $10.1m of a planned $30m round had been raised, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
