Germany-based Paymill, a payments company incubated by Rocket Internet, has raised $5m in its series A funding from Blumberg Capital.

CoverHound raised $750,000 from venture capital (VC) firm Blumberg Capital in 2011 before media group Source Interlink Companies became a strategic investor last year.

It would have an initial market capitalisation of about $438m, if it floated at $14 per share.

The other investors in the round besides Dentressangle Initiatives (also known as Hi-Innov) were Newfund and Orkos Capital.

Exotix will also provide strategic advice and capital raising support to TLG Capital.

Inside Secure has about 15 backers including corporate venturing units from Samsung, Nokia, Qualcomm and Motorola.
