Clean Power Finance, an online platform that provides software and financial services to solar power professionals and investors, has raises $37m in funding.

The new funding brings the total raised to $71.2m, according to news provider BizJournal.

Texas-based incubator InCube Labs, partnered with the University of Texas at San Antonio, raises $30m from local and private investors to support life science startups.

In April last year, US-based retailer Nordstrom led an initial close of the round at $16.4m.

Since July 2011, Alloy said it had bought five content companies: Generate, B5 Media, Clevver Media, the Escapist and Smosh, which has had more than two billion views on video channel YouTube.
