Samba Ads was founded in 2012 as a spin-off to online video platform Samba Tech.

Endosense has now raised $44.6m in its C round following an initial close in November from venture capital firms.

Venture capital firms Atlas Venture, Bessemer Venture Partners and Great Oaks VC and angels Jim Patterson, MJ Elmore and Howard Lindzon also invested alongside Salesforce, according to news provider TechCrunch.

In February last year, TastemakerX secured $1.8m in its series A round from AOL Ventures.

Swallow Solutions, a spin out of the University of Wisconsin, raises $1m in a series A round led by Venture Management.

Two Sigma Ventures said its other deals included health analytics Symcat, three-dimension space visualization software company Floored and venture capital firm Brooklyn Bridge Ventures.
