US-based building tool for professional video channels and networks, Epoxy, has raised $2m in seed funding, with involvement from Bertelsmann and led by GRP.

Venture capital firm Detroit Venture Partners led the B round, while Compuware Ventures stops further commitments.

In January, Soldsie said it had raised $425,000 from 72 investors through FundersClub.

The company is launching with 50 clients, including Corel, Punchh, and AlterPoint.

Medical Marijuana (MJNA) and CannaVest led the A round.

In January, Axel Springer said it had also bought a 49% stake in Germany-based conference provider Hy! Berlin.
