Perfect Corp touches up $25m series A

CyberLink invested in Perfect Corp as part of a round that will be used to continue development of its suite of beauty apps.

US-based beauty app developer Perfect Corp closed a $25m series A round on Wednesday featuring video application provider CyberLink Corp

Venture capital firm China Creation Ventures led the round, which included Yuanta Asia Investment, a subsidiary of financial services provider Yuanta Securities, as well as investment firm Extol Capital.

Perfect was spun out of CyberLink in 2015 to focus on developing mobile applications for the beauty market.
