SevenVentures investment manager Angie Zimmann is leaving the unit and its SevenAccelerator offshoot for a family office chief of staff role.

Angie Zimmann has left German media company ProSiebenSat.1’s startup accelerator to take up the chief of staff position at Austria-based family office Graphit Holding.
ProSiebenSat.1’s media-for-equity investment arm, SevenVentures (7V), hired Zimmann as a media investments associate in early 2020, promoting her to senior associate two years later.
Zimmann began focusing on the unit’s seed and series A stage investments through its SevenAccelerator offshoot, in 2023, and was moved up to investment manager the following year.
“During my time at 7V, I had the chance to work on a range of early-stage media investments across the consumer space, support portfolio companies through different phases, be part of media strategies, financings, transformations and to even take on a board observer role,” she said in a LinkedIn post announcing the move.
“What I value most, however, are the relationships built throughout this journey. Working closely with founders, co-investors, partners and amazing colleagues has shown me that real value is created through trust, strong personal connections and shared ambition.”
