Keita Nakanishi has spent more than 25 years in engineering roles at the corporate in Japan.

Yamaha Motor has appointed Keita Nakanishi as CEO of Yamaha Motor Ventures, the investment arm of the Japanese mobility company.
Nakanishi takes over as CEO from Kei Onishi, who has been appointed as the chief general manager of the corporate strategy center at Yamaha Motor in Japan. GCV Powerlister Onishi who led Silicon Valley-based Yamaha Ventures for four years, will oversee corporate and digital strategy, new business development and corporate venture capital in his new role.
Nakanishi comes from Yamaha’s technical research and development centre. He has spent 27 years in automotive and mechanical engineering roles at the company.
