Fehrmann will focus on investments in enterprise AI and industrial tech in his new role.

Sören Fehrmann has joined Swisscom Ventures, the corporate VC arm of telecoms provider Swisscom, as investment manager. He will lead investments in artificial intelligence, enterprise software and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on technologies that support European tech sovereignty.

Fehrmann spent nearly eight years at German investment management firm DTCP Growth where he sourced and supported high-growth tech companies and played a role in scaling the investment platform.
Established in 2007, Swisscom Ventures has invested in more than 80 tech companies and achieved 38 exits. The team makes between eight and 10 investments annually in the telecommunications, IT infrastructure, AI and cybersecurity sectors.
