Joshua Lloyd-Lyons, former VP at Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, will head corporate development and M&A at portfolio company 73 Strings.

Joshua Lloyd-Lyons has left his role as vice president at Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, the strategic investment arm of financial services group Fidelity, to join startup 73 Strings, a portfolio valuation software company, as head of corporate development and M&A.
Lloyd-Lyons spent nearly six years at Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, where he invested in enterprise software and fintech. He led the investment unit’s series A investment in 73 Strings and joined its board as an observer.
His new role at 73 Strings involves working in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and broader corporate development.
Before joining Fidelity’s ventures arm, Lloyd-Lyons worked as an investor at Eight Roads, a VC firm backed by Fidelity.
Fidelity International Strategic Ventures invests globally in series A and B stages. Recent investments include digital identity authentication technology provider Glide Identity, and wealth management and financial advisory platform Ramify.
