Boisson will be on the portfolio development team at AMD Ventures.

Danny Boisson has joined AMD Ventures, the corporate VC arm of semiconductor company Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), where he will handle portfolio development.
Boisson was previously at US-based venture builder and VC firm Mach49, where he worked for four years in the venture investing team. Before that, he worked at climate tech VC Amasia and Hall Capital Partners.
AMD Ventures, formerly known as the AMD Fusion Fund, is a stage-agnostic investor focused on investing in pervasive AI and next-generation data centre technology startups.
The CVC has made 67 investments and has had 25 exits. A recent investment is Absci, an AI-powered synthetic biology startup.
