Antoine Crombez will handle the development and management of the group’s French and international investment portfolio.

Antoine Crombez has taken on the role of chief investment officer at airport operator Groupe ADP where he will be responsible for the development and management of the group’s French and international investment portfolio.

In his new role, Crombez will lead the group’s corporate VC activity as well as development projects, external growth and asset rotation operations as well as structured financing. He will also oversee the performance monitoring of the group’s asset portfolio, including its two main platforms, TAV Airports and GMR Airports.

Crombez played a role in the acquisition of the group’s stake in GMR Airports and was subsequently appointed as deputy chief executive officer by Groupe ADP.

ADP Invest is the CVC arm of Groupe ADP. It invests in startups and VC funds that align with the group’s strategic priorities – passenger experience, airport operations and infrastructure, future of work and decarbonisation.
