Mauricio Bueno has cofounded several businesses.
Mauricio Bueno has joined Brazilian technology services company BRQ Digital Solutions as vice president of product and head of corporate venture.
His new posting follows BRQ Digital Solutions’ September 2025 acquisition of Weme, the product and design consultancy that Bueno co-founded, where he has most recently served as chief executive since spring 2024.
The new role, Bueno said on LinkedIn, is part of the company’s transformation to be “even more global and relevant”. It is not yet clear what its focus areas will be for equity investments, but BRQ has backed startups such as financial education and open finance platform provider InvestPlay.
Bueno also co-founded employee performance management platform provider Bud and communications agency Galileo.
