Corey Christian has joined Robert Bosch’s CVC unit as an investment director, where he will focus on US east coast deals.

German engineering and technology group Robert Bosch has hired Corey Christian as an investment director for its corporate venturing arm, Bosch Ventures.

Formed in 2007, Bosch Ventures invests in early to later-stage companies globally. It targets AI, automation, semiconductor, augmented reality and mobility technologies strategic to Bosch’s products encompassing car parts, power tools, security systems, cloud computing and electronics.

Based in Boston, Christian will target companies on the US east coast. He will join fellow investment director Ankita Singh, reporting to the unit’s investment partner, Adam Jackson.

“Corey brings valuable experience from his previous role at Energy Impact Partners and Clean Energy Ventures,” Jackson said on LinkedIn.

“We are excited to have him on board and look forward to continuing our mission of investing in innovative technologies.”
