As interim director, Bennett will lead the group's strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

Rosie Bennett has become interim executive director at the SETsquared Partnership, a business incubator for spinouts from six UK research-led universities.
Bennett takes over from Marty Reid, who has been SETsquared’s executive director since 2022. Reid has taken the role of director of innovation at the University of Bristol in the UK.
Bennett was lead at Bristol Innovations, the University of Bristol’s commercialisation arm. She was an investment programme lead for the SETsquared Partnership between 2019 and 2022. Before that she was innovation centre director at the University of Bath in the UK.
SETsquared provides business support to spinouts from the UK universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Southampton and Surrey.
It is also affiliated with a new investment company, Qantx, which provides pre-seed funding to the spinouts from the six member universities.
