Veronika Bartáková has joined the NATO Innovation Fund as a limited partner liaison and support officer.
Veronika Bartáková has moved to the NATO Innovation Fund, an investment fund backed by member countries of intergovernmental organisation NATO.
Bartáková will serve as the fund’s limited partner liaison and support officer.
Bartáková began her career at NATO in 2021 as an innovation unit intern. She was then promoted to an innovation officer in 2022 and held that position for two years.
Before joining NATO, she spent a year at Czechia-based non-profit organisation prg.ai as a programme coordinator and a team member in the science communications department.
The $1.1bn NATO Innovation Fund was founded in 2023. It invests in deeptech startups focusing on AI, quantum biotechnology and space technology.
