Josh Aycock has worked as a VC investor and startup founder.
Josh Aycock has joined PayPal Ventures as partner at the investment unit.
Aycock was a principal at financial services firm Synchrony, where he led investments in seed through to growth-stage companies.
He was also a cofounder of Alignment, an insurtech startup. Before that, he spent four years at American Family Ventures, the corporate VC arm of insurer American Family Insurance. Aycock was a founding member of the CVC.
At PayPal Ventures, Aycock will focus on investing in early-stage US startups in software, fintech, AI and commerce.
