SoftBank-backed R&D software developer Ones has raised nearly $100m in the past six months, after announcing the close of its series C round.

Ones, a China-based research and development (R&D) software developer backed by internet and telecommunication conglomerate SoftBank, has raised $50m in series C funding.

Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC led the round, which also featured venture capital firms Source Code Capital and XVC.

Founded in 2015, Ones provides a variety of digital project management tools used by businesses to manage R&D initiatives. Several locally-based corporates are among its customers, including Xiaomi, China Telecom and SAIC Motor.
