ITT Motion Technologies has promoted Corrado Mida to executive director of corporate development, M&A and corporate venture.
Corrado Mida has been promoted to executive director of corporate development, M&A and corporate venture at ITT Motion Technologies, the Italian division of US-headquartered industrial component manufacturing corporation ITT Corporation.
Mida had spent two years from early 2020 as ITT Motion Technologies’ corporate strategy, M&A and business development director, driving various CVC projects.
Before this, Mida worked at UK-headquartered agricultural machinery corporation CNH Industrial for 11 years. He held several Italy-based positions including global head of strategy for commercial and speciality vehicles and head of business development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
ITT has invested in 49 startups, according to PitchBook. Germany-based rotor coating technology developer HPL Technologies is among its portfolio companies.
