M12 has reinvested in document management software provider PandaDoc at a $1bn valuation having first backed it in 2017.

US-based document management software developer PandaDoc was valued at $1bn on Wednesday in a series C round of undisclosed size featuring M12, the corporate venturing unit of software producer Microsoft.

Omers Growth Equity, an investment subsidiary of pension fund manager Omers, co-led the round with growth-stage venture capital firm G Squared, while Altos Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners and One Peak Partners also took part.
