Avital will be responsible for building strategic partnerships between startups and Oracle .

Gal Avital has left M12, Microsoft’s corporate venturing unit, to join US computer technology company Oracle as director of partnerships.

Avital has taken on a platform role at Oracle in Israel where she will help connect startups with Oracle’s business units, as well as with VCs and accelerators.

At Microsoft’s corporate VC arm, Avital led market development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Before joining Microsoft in 2020, she worked at Singapore telecoms company Singtel where she arranged partnerships between startups and Singtel Group business units.
