Wasti led venture investments at HPE Pathfinder Ventures for almost four years.

Ali Wasti has joined Wipro Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of Indian IT company Wipro, as managing partner.

Ali Wasti left his role as senior managing director and head of investments at HPE Pathfinder Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of computer hardware company Hewlett Packard.

Wasti led the HPE Pathfinder’s investment team for almost four years, focusing on artificial intelligence, next generation computing infrastructure and internet-of-things technologies.

Before joining Hewlett Packard’s investment unit, Wasti was a partner at Atami Capital where he led the VC firm’s US investments.

Before that he led investments at VC firm Azure Capital Partners in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure and AI.
