Garratt has taken up a general partner role at USVP, which targets startups operating in a range of sectors from cybersecurity to healthcare.

Using his experience from Salesforce Ventures, Garratt will help USVP make enterprise software investments in the IT sector, focusing on software-as-a-service (SaaS) and artificial intelligence technology developers.

Regarding his new job, Garratt said in a statement: “At USVP, I’m looking forward to working with enterprise software founders and applying my experience from Salesforce to help companies hire the best talent and grow and scale their businesses.”
