Shernaz Daver, formerly an advisory partner at GV, has joined the venture firm as a senior operating partner and CMO to assist its expansion and growth projects.

Shernaz Daver has departed from her advisory partner role at internet and technology conglomerate Alphabet’s GV unit and joined US-based venture capital firm Khosla Ventures, Business Insider has reported.

Founded in 2004, Khosla Ventures targets developers of consumer, enterprise, education, advertising, financial, semiconductor, healthcare, big data, agriculture, sustainable energy and robotics technology.

Khosla Ventures hired Daver as a senior operating partner and chief marketing officer (CMO), which are newly established positions that would entail her conducting expansion and growth initiatives.
