Keywords Studios, a provider of services for the video game industry, agreed to buy US-based customer support provider Helpshift for an undisclosed sum, allowing corporate investors Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco and Intel to exit. Helpshift had raised a total of $38m as of a 2016 series B round featuring all four.
