Keywords Studios, a provider of services for the video game industry, agreed to buy US-based customer support provider Helpshift for an undisclosed sum, allowing corporate investors Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco and Intel to exit. Helpshift had raised a total of $38m as of a 2016 series B round featuring all four.

India-based e-commerce marketplace Snapdeal is cancelling an initial public offering set to raise $152m. The company had raised $1.7bn in funding from investors including corporates SoftBank, Foxconn, Alibaba, Myriad, Bennett Coleman & Co, eBay and Intel as of 2016.
