Ecommerce delivery app operator Rappi agreed to acquire Box Delivery, a Brazil-based last-mile logistics technology developer backed by shopping centre owner Aliansce Sonae, for R$200m ($39.6m). The corporate invested an undisclosed amount in Box Delivery in August 2021.
Vehicle wrap producer Wrapmate paid an undisclosed sum for a majority stake in Wrapify, a US-based developer of measurable ride share advertising technology that counts adhesive materials manufacturer Avery Dennison as an investor. Wrapify received $3m from Avery Dennison in 2017.

JSW One Platforms, an India-based business-to-business ecommerce subsidiary of conglomerate JSW Group, raised Rs 2.05bn ($25m) in funding from diversified trading group Mitsui.
