Last-mile delivery service Instabox has merged with Budbee, a Sweden-based smart lock technology provider backed by fashion retailer H&M, in a SEK18bn ($1.7bn) deal.
Fund
Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo’s Neva unit has raised €250m ($250m) for its first fund to back Europe-based startups. In addition to Intesa Sanpaolo, other banking foundations including Compagnia di San Paolo, Cariparo and Carilucca contributed to the fund.
