Giant Biogene, a China-based skin treatment product manufacturer backed by Legend Capital, the venture capital firm formed by conglomerate Legend Holdings, has listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company priced its shares at HK$24.30 ($3.10) each to raise approximately $70m.
M&A
Financial automation software provider Bill has agreed to acquire Finmark, a US-based financial planning software provider backed by payment services provider American Express, for an undisclosed amount. Corporate VC unit American Express Ventures was among the investors in a seed round Finmark closed at $11.5m in January this year.
